Return Policy
At Andromeda, we strive for the highest customer satisfaction and hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not entirely satisfied, we offer the following return policy:
Return Period:
You can return your items within 14 days of receiving your order. After this period, we unfortunately cannot accept any returns.
Return Conditions:

The products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Gemstones that are visibly damaged, scratched, or altered in any way cannot be returned.
Return Shipping:
The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. This policy reflects our commitment to environmental awareness and reducing overconsumption. By encouraging thoughtful purchase decisions, we aim to limit unnecessary shipping and the associated environmental impact.
We recommend using a track & trace service when returning your package, so you can monitor the return process.
Refunds:
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, the purchase amount (excluding shipping costs) will be refunded via the same payment method you used for your order. This may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Defective or Incorrect Products:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will then provide a suitable solution, such as a replacement or a full refund. In that case, we will also reimburse the return shipping costs.
