At Andromeda, we strive for the highest customer satisfaction and hope you are completely happy with your purchase. However, if you're not fully satisfied, we offer the following return policy:

Return Period:
You can return your items within 14 days after receiving your order. After this period, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns.

Return Conditions:

The products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Gemstones that are visibly damaged, scratched, or altered in any way cannot be returned.

Return Shipping:

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. This policy reflects our commitment to environmental awareness and reducing overconsumption. By encouraging thoughtful purchasing decisions, we aim to minimize unnecessary shipping and its environmental impact.

We recommend using a track & trace service when returning your package, so you can track the return process.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, the purchase amount (excluding shipping costs) will be refunded to the same payment method you used for your order. This may take 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Defective or Incorrect Products:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will provide a solution, such as a replacement or a full refund. In this case, we will also cover the return shipping costs.
